MAINLAND:
For postage within the UK (mainland) we aim to send your order within 24 hours of order confirmation, we will post your item via Royal Mail either first or second class or Fastway couriers depending on your postage option. We will always obtain proof of purchase in-case your item is lost or damaged in the post.

UK - NOT MAINLAND: (Highlands & Isands) - Cost depends on size of goods & destination. Please e-mail us for a quote.

EUROPE:

WORLDWIDE:
We can deliver outside the UK (Worldwide), please e-mail us for a quote.

DELIVERY: For postage within the UK (mainland) we will aim to send your order to you within 24 hours of order confirmation and for delivery within 5 working days. Highlands, Islands and international orders are generally received in 10 - 14 days.

LOST/DAMAGED GOODS: You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in the post so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

PROOF OF DELIVERY: You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail or Fastway is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
