Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept PayPal payments

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling MAINLAND: For postage within the UK (mainland) we aim to send your order within 24 hours of order confirmation, we will post your item via Royal Mail either first or second class or Fastway couriers depending on your postage option. We will always obtain proof of purchase in-case your item is lost or damaged in the post.

WORLDWIDE: We can deliver outside the UK (Worldwide), please e-mail us for a quote.
Delivery Schedule DELIVERY: For postage within the UK (mainland) we will aim to send your order to you within 24 hours of order confirmation and for delivery within 5 working days. Highlands, Islands and international orders are generally received in 10 - 14 days.

LOST/DAMAGED GOODS: You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in the post so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

PROOF OF DELIVERY: You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail or Fastway is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added, Books are VAT free. All other orders are VAT free.

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

FAULTY GOODS
If You discover the Goods are faulty, You must notify us of the damage within 7 days of the date of delivery. We may need to inspect the goods by asking you to return them to us. If we agree that the goods are faulty and that the fault was not caused by your neglect or misuse, we will happily replace, refund or repair (if possible) the faulty Goods at no cost to you. We will also refund the postage charge you incur in sending the goods back to us if the item is damaged, please keep proof of purchase for us to issue a refund.

WRONG GOODS SENT
If we send you the wrong item by mistake you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake. We will ask you to return the goods to us by post and we will send you the correct items or if you prefer we will offer you a full refund.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please follow the below procedure to return goods to us:

1: Please e-mail or telephone us to inform us you wish to return an item.

2. Please provide a full description of the reason for return.

3. Wrap the items in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached etc relating to the returned goods.

4. Include your original receipt. (Without this we may not be able offer a refund).

5. Send the package with the completed Returns Note to us (see contact page for address).

Please note, we strongly advise that you use a recorded delivery service. If you do not use recorded delivery and the goods do not get delivered back to us safely, we cannot be held responsible.

6. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We will notify you by phone or e-mail when we have processed your return.
